Commercial Syn Bags Limited to re-appoint Anil Choudhary as Chairman and Managing Director

Commercial Syn Bags Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 5, 2026, to consider a final dividend, the re-appointment of Shri Anil Choudhary as Chairman and Managing Director for three years from February 20, 2027, and the re-appointment of Smt. Ranjana Choudhary as Whole-time Director & KMP for three years from June 1, 2027. The board will also consider a proposal to raise funds through warrants and approve the company’s Board Report for the financial year 2025-26.
