GCCL Construction to convene a board meeting to approve reports and plan AGM

GCCL Construction & Realities Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, to consider and approve the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to fix the date, time, and place for the 32nd Annual General Meeting, among other matters, including the re-appointment of Mr. Devang Kirtibhai Jhaveri as Whole Time Director for five years and the continuation of Mr. Bahubali Shantilal Shah as a non-executive director.
