Welspun Investments acquires Vishwakarma Realty for Rs 500,000, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary

Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited from DBG Estates Holdings LLP for Rs 500,000, funded through internal accruals, with effect from September 01, 2026, making VRPL a wholly owned subsidiary.
