Decillion Finance to convene a board meeting September 4 to consider key corporate actions

Decillion Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to approve the draft Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, approve the date, time, and place of the 32nd Annual General Meeting, and consider the option conversion of loan into equity shares. The board will also consider the appointment of Ms. Diksha Sharma as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and will consider increasing the Authorize Share Capital of the company, with trading window for securities closed from September 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting outcome.
