Punctual Trading Limited’s board reappointed Deepa Bhavsar and scheduled an AGM in Mumbai

Punctual Trading Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the reappointment of Mrs. Deepa Bhavsar as director, retiring by rotation, and approved the Board’s Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, scheduling the Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at the company's registered office in Mumbai, and appointed Mr. Harshad Pusalkar of M/s. Pusalkar & Co. as Scrutinizer for the AGM voting process.
