RUDRA GLOBAL INFRA’s board schedules AGM in Gujarat for September 25, 2026

RUDRA GLOBAL INFRA PRODUCTS LIMITED informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its board of directors fixed September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM in Kaliabid, Bhavnagar, Gujarat as the date, time, and venue for the 16th Annual General Meeting, with a record date of September 18, 2026, for determining eligibility to vote; the board also approved the appointment of KFin Technologies Limited for e-voting services, Mr. Nandish Dave of M/s. N S Dave and Associates as scrutinizer, and M/s. Mitesh Suvagiya & Co. as Cost Accountant/Auditor for the financial year 2026-27.
