AA Plus Tradelink Limited’s board appointed Ashok Shah as Non-Executive Director

AA Plus Tradelink Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Amritlal Shah (DIN: 07427185) as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, who will attain the age of seventy-five years on September 19, 2026, based on a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; Mr. Shah, who was first appointed on March 21, 2016, holds 92,68,000 shares in the company as of March 31, 2026, and has expertise in the steel trading and fabrication sectors.
