Jainco Projects reschedules board meeting to September 4th to address AGM and appointments

Jainco Projects (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. that the Board of Directors meeting, previously scheduled for September 1, 2026, has been rescheduled to September 4, 2026, at the company’s registered office to consider matters including the Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, statutory auditor and director appointments, and other operational and business matters.
