Rodium Realty Limited to host its AGM via video conference on September 30, 2026

Rodium Realty Limited will hold its Thirty Third Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) through video conference, according to a regulatory filing on September 01, 2026. The company will electronically send its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, including the Notice of the AGM, to shareholders holding shares as on Friday, September 04, 2026, and the report will also be available on the company's website at www.rodium.net; the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Thursday, September 24, 2026, till Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
