Fineotex Chemical’s subsidiary establishes Fineotex Holdings Inc. in Delaware, USA

Fineotex Chemical Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fineotex Biotex HealthGuard FZE, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Fineotex Holdings Inc., in the USA, with 100% share capital held by Fineotex Biotex HealthGuard FZE. The new entity, Fineotex Holdings Inc., incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA, will undertake specialty chemical and allied business activities, including manufacturing, trading, and development, and pursue strategic investments and acquisitions.
