Mankind Pharma allotted equity shares to employees under its 2022 stock option plan

Mankind Pharma Limited announced the allotment of 49,112 equity shares to eligible employees under its Mankind Employee Stock Option Plan 2022, according to a regulatory filing on September 1, 2026. The shares, with a face value of Rs 1 each, were issued at an exercise price of Rs 860 per share and a premium of Rs 859 per share, increasing the company's paid-up share capital from 41,29,95,978 equity shares to 41,30,45,090 equity shares.
