Worth Peripherals extends guarantee for Yash Packers’ Rs 10 million Federal Bank facility

Worth Peripherals Limited announced it is extending a co-obligancy (guarantee) for its joint venture, M/s Yash Packers, to renew a working capital (cash credit) facility of Rs 1,00,00,000 with Federal Bank, as per a sanction letter dated August 20, 2026.
