Ajmera Realty subsidiary invests in Ajmera MD Realty LLP, acquiring a 51% stake

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Shree Yogi Realcon Private Limited, has invested Rs 51,000 for a 51% stake in Ajmera MD Realty LLP, making the latter a step-down subsidiary of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited. The total contribution to Ajmera MD Realty LLP is Rs 1,00,000, and the transaction is considered a related-party transaction conducted at arm’s length, with promoters of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited also being designated partners in the LLP.
