Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills changes auditors, receives extension from Ahmedabad tribunal

Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills Limited accepted the resignation of M/s. K P J & Co. as its statutory auditors, effective September 1, 2026, citing preoccupation with other professional commitments, and appointed M/s. H. L. Saini & Co. as its new statutory auditors also effective September 1, 2026. Additionally, the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, has granted the company a one-month extension to conduct its annual general meetings for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26.
