Malpani Pipes appoints Satish Kumar Gupta as cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27

Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited has appointed Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta, Membership No. 33541, as cost auditor for the financial year 2026-27, the company said in a filing on September 1, 2026. The board also approved the draft Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-26 and decided to hold the 9th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. IST via video conference or other audio-visual means. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) has been appointed as the Remote E-Voting Agency, and M/s. PRASAD AND PARTNERS LLP (LLPIN: ACA 1561) will act as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
