Polycab India’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees exercising stock options

Polycab India Limited announced that its Finance and Operations Committee allotted a total of 14,970 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees who exercised options under the Polycab Employee Stock Option Performance Scheme 2018, according to a filing on September 01, 2026.
