PACE E-Commerce Ventures to review reports, director changes, and auditor appointments

PACE E-Commerce Ventures Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Director’s Report and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, and to regularize Mr. Mohit Paragbhai Bhavnagari and Mr. Aditya Gaurangbhai Patel as Directors of the company. The board will also consider the retirement of Mr. Harshal Chandrakant Gala and will consider altering the Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association, appoint Mr. Dipesh Anupkumar Mistry as Scrutinizer for the 11th Annual General Meeting, and appoint Dipesh Anupkumar Mistry as the Secretarial Auditor and M/S Ashish N. Parikh & Co. as the Internal Auditor for fiscal year 2026-2027.
