Supertech EV Limited approves annual report, appoints auditors for fiscal year 2026-27

Supertech EV Limited announced that its board of directors approved the Director’s Report for the financial year ended 2025-2026 and convened the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through video conferencing or other audio visual means. The company also appointed Nitin Bhardwaj & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and Ankit Rajan & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, both effective September 1, 2026.
