Nirmitee Robotics closes trading window due to promoter group transfer, effective September 2

Nirmitee Robotics India Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from September 2, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives due to an inter-se promoter transfer between a promoter and promoter group, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the unpublished price sensitive information relating to the transfer is made generally available to the public.
