MITSHI INDIA LIMITED to meet Sept. 4 to approve reports and appoint auditors

MITSHI INDIA LIMITED, formerly known as Dera Paints & Chemical Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 4, 2026, to approve the company’s Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, appoint M/s. Vishakha Agarwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five financial years commencing from 2026-27, and consider the secretarial audit report provided by M/s MK Samdani & Co. The board will also approve the Notice of the 36th Annual General Meeting and authorize someone to issue it to shareholders.
