7NR Retail appoints M/s. M A R K S & Co. as statutory auditors, effective September 1, 2026

7NR Retail Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the appointment of M/s. M A R K S & Co. as Statutory Auditors, effective September 1, 2026, replacing M/s. S S R V & Associates. The board also appointed Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai as Chief Financial Officer and Mr. Parin Bhavsar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, both effective September 1, 2026.
