Odyssey Corporation Ltd. will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 04, 2026, to consider a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, approve the date and venue of its 31st Annual General Meeting, and review the Directors’ Report and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, according to a regulatory filing.
