Kenrik Industries schedules annual meeting in Ahmedabad for September 29, 2026

Kenrik Industries Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the draft Directors’ Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the notice for the 10th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM (IST) in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company has appointed M/s Dharti Patel & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting and venue voting process, with the e-voting period running from Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM to Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM, and the register of members and share transfer book to be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
