Tavexia Lifecare to consider re-appointing Khushboo Vasudev as director at meeting

Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, to consider the re-appointment of Mrs. Khushboo Vasudev as an Independent Director for a second term of five years from December 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and to approve a proposal for Material Related Party Transactions under section 188 of the Companies Act 2013, also pending shareholder approval.
