Ontic Finserve Limited to request shareholder approval for capital reduction and share consolidation

Ontic Finserve Limited will seek shareholder approval for a capital reduction and consolidation of its share capital at a board meeting scheduled for September 4, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The proposal includes reducing share capital under Sections 66 of the Companies Act, 2013, and consolidating 10 equity shares of Rs 1 each into 1 equity share of Rs 10 each.
