Omnitech Engineering re-appointed Mr. Parekh, and appointed auditors for upcoming financial years

Omnitech Engineering Limited announced several key decisions made by its Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, including the re-appointment of Director Mr. Paras Mukundrai Parekh, who is the brother-in-law of the Chairman and Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
