India Cements to review financial results for September 2026 at board meeting

The India Cements Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 17, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The trading window for company securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until October 19, 2026, following the declaration of financial results.
