Hy-Tech Engineers closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Hy-Tech Engineers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from September 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
