Starsource Multitrade closes share transfer books September 22-27 for its AGM

Starsource Multitrade Limited, formerly known as Chemo Pharma Laboratories Limited, has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 22, 2026, to September 27, 2026, for the purpose of its 84th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, with a record date for e-voting set for September 21, 2026.
