Dandekar Properties Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors authorized the Executive Director and/or Chief Financial Officer to dispose of unused land measuring approximately 1,800 square meters situated at Bhiwandi, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane, for a consideration not less than the fair market value.
