Globus Spirits sets September 08, 2026, as record date for shareholder dividend

Globus Spirits Ltd. has fixed September 08, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive a final dividend of Rs 6.53 per equity share, representing 65.30%, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, with the dividend amount subject to approval at the company's 33rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 15, 2026.
