Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks proposes Mahendra Singh Rajawat as Managing Director for three years

Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks Limited appointed Mr. Mahendra Singh Rajawat (DIN: 11044086) as an Additional Director (Executive) effective September 1, 2026, and proposed his appointment as Managing Director for a three-year term, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Rajawat will receive an annual remuneration of Rs 6,00,000, and has over 21 years of experience in the textile industry and five years in financial advisory.
