Mukka Proteins Limited invests Rs 13.19 crore for a 16.77% stake in Shipwaves Online

Mukka Proteins Limited announced that its board approved a strategic investment of up to Rs 13,19,40,000 in Shipwaves Online Limited, a digital freight forwarding and enterprise SaaS solutions provider, acquiring 2,93,20,000 equity shares at Rs 4.50 per share, resulting in a 16.77% stake. The acquisition, expected to be completed by March 31, 2027, is considered a related party transaction as Mukka Proteins Limited is a promoter group entity of Shipwaves Online Limited, and is intended to leverage potential business synergies in logistics.
