Magnus Steel’s board approved its annual meeting and Secretarial Audit Report

Magnus Steel and Infra Limited, formerly known as Magnus Retail Ltd, informed the BSE Limited that its board approved the convening of the 48th Annual General Meeting of its members on September 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, and also approved the Secretarial Audit Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, issued by M/s Ritesh Sharma & Associates.
