Faalcon Concepts to reappoint Monga & co. as internal auditor at September meeting

Faalcon Concepts Limited will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. to approve the reappointment of Ishan Monga & co. as internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27, the appointment of Rishi Sohar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and to consider and approve the Directors Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
