Magenta Lifecare appoints Nikhil Mistry to board as Nidhi Bansal resigns

Magenta Lifecare Limited appointed Nikhil Bharatbhai Mistry as an additional non-executive and independent director, effective Sept. 1, 2026, while Nidhi Bansal resigned from the same position, also effective Sept. 1, 2026. The company’s board also recommended the appointment of M/s. V C A & Associates as statutory auditors for five years from fiscal year 2026-27, and approved the notice for the 11th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Sept. 28, 2026.
