ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allots shares under employee stock option schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 214,255 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on September 1, 2026, under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005) for 206,640 shares and Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023) for 7,615 shares, according to a filing.
