Jai Corp Limited named Bigshare Services as its new RTA, replacing KFin Technologies

Jai Corp Limited has appointed Bigshare Services Private Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), replacing KFin Technologies Limited, effective August 31, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The change was facilitated by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), and a tripartite agreement involving Jai Corp Limited, Bigshare Services Private Limited, and KFin Technologies Limited is currently being finalized.
