Jai Mata Glass Limited named KTM & Company as statutory auditor for five years

Jai Mata Glass Limited appointed M/s KTM & Company, Chartered Accountants, as the company’s statutory auditor for a five-year period commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 till fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the company appointed M/s Khushal Joshi & Associates as secretarial auditors for the same five-year period, also pending shareholder approval.
