SKF India appoints Mukund Vasudevan as Non-Executive Director, pending shareholder approval

SKF India (Industrial) Limited announced that Mukund Vasudevan has been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director with effect from September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, following his resignation from the position of Managing Director, effective August 31, 2026. Vasudevan holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago, and brings over 25 years of experience in P&L management, strategy development, sales, and M&A.
