Gravity (India) Limited to close register of members for annual meeting in September 2026

Gravity (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 19, 2026, to September 25, 2025, for the purpose of its 39th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 25, 2026, with a record date for e-voting set on September 18, 2026.
