Omkar Overseas schedules AGM for September 26, 2026, in Ahmedabad

Omkar Overseas Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its Board of Directors approved the company's Board's Report, including the Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the financial year 2025-2026, and scheduled the 30th Annual General Meeting for September 26, 2026, at its registered office in Ahmedabad. The company also set August 28, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining shareholders and September 21, 2026, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting and attendance at the AGM, with e-voting commencing on September 23, 2026, and ending on September 25, 2026.
