AV AC DC Renew pledged shares in Ampvolts Limited to SBICAP Securities for a loan

AV AC DC Renew Private Limited disclosed to the BSE Limited the creation of a pledge of 27,50,000 equity shares of Ampvolts Limited, formerly known as Quest Softech (India) Limited, in favor of SBICAP Securities Limited, on August 29, 2026, for a working capital loan availed by Ampvolts Limited. The pledge represents 19.36% of Ampvolts Limited's share capital, and AV AC DC Renew Private Limited currently holds 1,42,05,278 shares, representing 55.25% of the company's total share capital.
