New Swan Multitech to recommend dividend, appoint director, and audit firm on Sept. 5

New Swan Multitech Limited will hold a board meeting on September 5, 2026, to recommend a final dividend on its equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, approve the Director’s Report for the financial year 2025-2026, and consider the appointment of Mr. Barunpreet Singh Ahuja as a Whole-Time Director for a further period of 5 years. The board will also consider the appointment of M/s NCLS & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-2027, approve amendments to the Articles of Association, and consider entering into Material Related Party Transactions with M/s New Swan Enterprise.
