Venky's (India) Limited will hold its 50th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026, at 10.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), with Friday, 11th September, 2026, set as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility to receive dividends, if approved at the meeting.
