Swaraj Engines confirms Devjit Sarkar's departure as CEO in September 2026

Swaraj Engines Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Devjit Sarkar will cease to hold office as Director and Whole Time Director, including his role as Chief Executive Officer, from September 1, 2026, upon completion of his tenure, which began September 1, 2024, as approved by the company's shareholders.
