Sri Lotus Developers’ board recommends 30% interim dividend, appoints new director

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, formerly AKP Holdings Limited, announced that its board of directors has recommended a 30% interim dividend, equivalent to Rs 0.30 per share, to be paid to shareholders of record as of September 11, 2026, and fixed September 25, 2026, as the record date for a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 12th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 29, 2026. The board also recommended the appointment of Paarth Deepak Chheda (DIN: 06430713) as an Executive Director for a period of five consecutive years, effective October 1, 2026, and approved the notice for the AGM.
