Prabhhans Industries seeks extension to hold its 32nd Annual General Meeting

Prabhhans Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited that its board of directors approved a proposal to seek a three-month extension from the Registrar of Companies in Hyderabad to convene and hold the 32nd Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
