Sri Lotus Developers’ board approves 30% interim dividend and appoints an Executive Director

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited, formerly AKP Holdings Limited, announced that its board of directors has recommended a 30% interim dividend, equivalent to Rs 0.30 per share, to be paid to shareholders of record as of September 11, 2025, and fixed September 29, 2026, as the date for its 12th Annual General Meeting to be held via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The board also recommended the appointment of Paarth Deepak Chheda (DIN: 06430713) as an Executive Director for a period of five consecutive years, effective October 1, 2026, and fixed September 25, 2026, as the record date for the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
