Wardwizard Healthcare appoints Sathi Kundu and Yuvraj Priyadarshi to its board

Wardwizard Healthcare Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Sathi Kundu as an Additional Independent Woman Director, effective August 31, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Yuvraj Priyadarshi as a Whole Time Director, effective September 30, 2026, also pending shareholder approval; he was previously appointed as an Additional Director on March 23, 2026, and as Chief Executive Officer on November 14, 2025.
